Incredible Community Spirit Raises Over £1,200 at The Barrels Fundraiser
The ELY Memorial Fund is delighted to announce that an incredible £1,226.72 was raised at our recent community fundraising event held at The Barrels in Hereford on 7 June 2025.
The event, which took place on a warm summer evening, was filled with fantastic live music from The Alley Cats, upbeat tunes from DJ ROSCO and delicious food courtesy of The Grub Shed Events. The atmosphere was electric and we really appreciated the heartfelt generosity as supporters gathered to enjoy an evening in support of ELY and the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
Special thanks go to Ian at The Barrels and Natalie of The Alley Cats for their generous donations, which contributed significantly to the fundraising total. We’re also incredibly grateful to DJ ROSCO for stepping in last-minute to bring the party vibes and to Travis Perkins of Hereford for providing an emergency generator that powered our food vendors.
Our deepest thanks go to Paul Andrews for organising the event, as well as to ELY’s hardworking trustees who gave their all on the day.
