RoadPeace Doves to Arrive at Hereford Cathedral in Memory of Lives Lost on the Road
ποΈ 4-31 August 2025 | Hereford Cathedral
The ELY Memorial Fund is honoured to partner with RoadPeace as the powerful RoadPeace Doves installation arrives at Hereford Cathedral on Monday 4 August 2025.
This moving display features a flock of white, hand-crafted doves, each representing a life lost on our roads. Created by bereaved families and those affected by road traffic collisions, the doves carry personal messages of remembrance, love and hope.
As a Herefordshire charity dedicated to supporting families who have lost a young person in a road traffic collision, this partnership holds deep meaning for us. The installation not only pays tribute to those we have lost, including our Emma Louise Young, but also raises vital awareness of the devastating impact of road traffic collisions.
We invite our local community to visit the Cathedral to reflect, remember and stand with us in solidarity with all bereaved families. The installation will remain on display for a limited time as part of a wider national campaign led by RoadPeace.
π€ This event is free and open to all.
